The recipients for the Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia & Southern New Jersey's "Strong, Smart and Bold" Awards are chosen after a review of career achievements, commitment to community activities and personal qualities.  Award recipients are chosen who embody all of the qualities that Girls Incorporated strives to instill in young women and who will serve as positive role models.

We are proud to announce the recipients for the 2008 awards.  Each of these women has shown great strength, perseverence and dedication to reaching their goals.  They are women who the girls of Girls Inc. can strive to emulate as they individually work to fulfill the promise of their lives.
